Quality Assurance Department

Our Quality Assurance (Q.A.) Department is clearly dedicated to maintaining high standards throughout the production process, which is vital for ensuring product quality and meeting buyer expectations. Here’s what we do

Expert Q.A. Team

The department is led by a skilled Quality General Manager and consists of a competent team with extensive knowledge in quality assurance. Their expertise is crucial for implementing effective quality management practices.

Factory Audits

Conducting factory audits allows the Q.A. team to assess the current quality assurance practices in production units. By understanding the mindset of factory management regarding quality, the team can make informed recommendations for aligning operations with QA standards.

Comprehensive QA Procedures

The quality assurance process is initiated at the yarn stage and continues through to the finishing of goods. This holistic approach ensures that quality is prioritized at every step of the production process.

Garment Testing

The Q.A. department arranges essential garment tests, such as shrinkage and colorfastness to wash (CF), in-house. For more specialized chemical tests, third-party lab testing is conducted to meet specific buyer requirements.

Daily QA Reporting

The Q.A. team conducts daily random inspections and generates QA reports. This practice helps in monitoring quality consistently and identifying any potential issues early in the production process.

Sample Checks

Before sending samples to buyers, the Q.A. team meticulously checks them in the factory. This proactive measure allows for the identification and rectification of problems on-site, reducing the risk of non approval of samples & revised submission.

Prefinal Inspections

Conducting mandatory pre-final inspections for all items, regardless of order quantity, ensures that every product meets quality standards before shipment. This practice reinforces the commitment to quality.

Final Random Inspection (FRI)

The Q.A. team arranges for Final Random Inspections either by internal staff or third-party inspectors, based on buyer instructions. This adds an additional layer of quality assurance, ensuring compliance with buyer specifications.

Continuous Improvement

The department likely engages in continuous improvement initiatives, using feedback from audits, inspections, and testing to refine processes and enhance overall product quality.

Training and Development

Regular training for the Q.A. team on the latest industry standards, testing methodologies, and compliance regulations helps maintain a high level of expertise within the department.
